Edit: unfortunately voiceNote emails the mp3 with a from address of voiceNote rather than using the phones email, this means I sent the audio to my iPhone email and then forwarded it to posterous.

A short podcast of my first couple of weeks with an iPhone.
Recorded on VoiceNotes.
Sent to my mac via VoiceNotes sync server.
Imported (dnd) into garageband, out to an aif.
Run through the Levelator.
Back into garageband and a backing track added from incompetech, export to mp3 and dragged onto mail.
My voice is a bit off due to a cold and muted as I didn't want to wake the rest of the family.
